Pine Mountain Lake Country Club, is a Semi-Private, 18 hole golf course located in Groveland, California.
Pine Mountain Lake golf course first opened for play in 1969. The par-70 course was designed by William F. Bell.
Pine Mountain Lake Golf Course is one of the "Top 15 Best Courses to Play in Northern California", is an 18-hole championship course available for public play and tournaments. Our challenging 18-hole, 6,382 yard, par 70 course offers you breath taking views of the majestic mountain peaks of Yosemite as it winds through picturesque oaks and pines.
Pine Mountain Lake, at 2,800 feet, is above the smog and fog. They have over 300 sunny days each year. Winter daytime temps average in the 60's and summer daytime temps average in the 80's. Spring and fall temps are usually in the 70's.
Experts and novices alike will appreciate their driving range in a true golf course setting. Golf lessons, clinics, locker storage, club rentals, club storage, golf carts, and pull carts. The medium length layout features 4 sets of teeboxes for the enjoyment of golfers of all skill levels.
Championship Tees: 6,382 yards for a par course rating of 70.6 and a slope rating of 125.
Men's Tee 6,125: yards.
Women's Tees: 5,733 yards.
Forward Tee: 5,021 yards.

A very nice course. Challeging from the back tees because of narrow fairways and tees. Great golf experience.

Monday shotgun start at 11am for 45$. Great deal but no marshals on monday. Took 5 1/2 hours for 18. With shotgun start I was hoping to be home by dark, instead waiting on each shot for wayyyy toooo loooong.

Challenging lay out from the back tees, very scenic, great staff. Played with punched greens but it was still enjoyable.

There is hardly any flat ground on this course. You are mostly shooting up hill or down hill, and often side hill as well. I played from the forward tees, and still found the course very challenging.
